I found Quality Electric by googling electricians in my area. When I say that it was a blessing finding this particular company, I am not speaking hyperbole. From the first phone call, Kevin and Tersa have been instantly responsive. I hired them to do a complete rewire of my mom’s house. During the time Kevin was working at my mom’s, he was there early in the morning and worked until the day was over. It turned out to be a huge job in a tiny house. Most men I know would have been frustrated and grumpy about all of the unexpected problems that popped up due to the hode-podge way that old coal camp is put together, but Kevin would just laugh and shake his head and keep going. His wife, Tersa, partners with him on the business side of things. She would check in every few days to make sure I was happy with the progress. Once, I met up to give them a payment mid-job, and I had counted the money out wrong. I was freaking out when I realized I was missing $500. I was looking everywhere for it. Tersa called me later to tell me that I had given them an extra $500. So, I can say with complete confidence that I trust Quality Electric. Kevin just made a trip to my mom’s two days ago because one of her baseboard heaters wasn’t working. Despite the fact that it was the heater and not the wiring, he fixed it anyway. He hugged my momma. She called after he left to tell me that Kevin might be the nicest man she’d ever met, and believe me praise doesn’t come easy from her lips. I’m aware that this all sounds too good to be true. But, I stand by all that I say. You absolutely cannot find a better electrician or partner than Kevin and Tersa.

All I have to say is this company took everything I said seriously and was very concerned about my house and my families safety, they came out to my house the same day I called them which I know can be very difficult to do with many clients on hand. They found time and made an effort to really get down to the bottom of what my homes issues were, they found the problem and helped us get ahold of my power company and told them it was their issue after I battled with them that morning. They got someone out and fixed the issue all within a short period of time. They are the best priced and the friendliest people you could talk too! All I have to say is thank you guys so much I can sleep well and comfortable with my fan tonight at full blast!!! If I could give 10 stars I 100% would!
